Company: RentAll Construction — A commercial equipment rental company providing heavy-duty tools and machinery to construction firms and contractors across multiple project sites. The company manages rentals, logistics, invoicing, and jobsite coordination through a mix of manual workflows and legacy systems.

Brought on as a consultant, I worked with RentAll to evaluate their current information workflows and identify inefficiencies in key business processes. Through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and system modeling, I helped diagnose bottlenecks and proposed structured solutions — including a semi-automated billing system and improved cross-department communication models.
