Overview

Role: Marketing Coordinator Intern

Period: Summer 2022

Company: ODE Group — A media corporation under Sunshine Group, focused on launching digital lifestyle projects and entertainment platforms. During my time there, ODE was in the process of launching their flagship super app and related media assets.

As part of the marketing team, I contributed to multiple phases of ODE’s launch strategy — from research and ideation to campaign planning and on-ground execution. My tasks ranged from sourcing and briefing influencers to writing blog content and building campaign presentations. I also supported event logistics and collaborated with design and strategy teams to refine visual direction and campaign positioning.

Key Contributions

Campaign Ideation & Planning

Developed creative direction for app launch campaign. Contributed to pitch decks presented to senior leadership and helped define early user personas and experience flows.

Influencer & KOL Sourcing

Researched, filtered, and proposed a list of 20+ influencers and KOLs based on audience fit and budget. Coordinated briefing and collaboration packages.

Event Coordination

Helped organize 2 branded in-person events, handling logistics, staff roles, and live engagement coverage, reaching 1,500+ attendees across venues.

Content Writing & Internal Comms

Wrote and edited 5+ blog posts for the new company site, optimized for tone and campaign goals. Created and presented internal pitch decks to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Tools

Worked cross-functionally using Google Suite, Viber (corporate chat), and Figma to assist with layout planning and collaborative reviews.
